  1. GB34 (Gallbladder 34): This point is located on the side of the leg, just below the knee, slightly in front of the outer leg bone.
  2. ST36 (Stomach 36): This point can be found four finger widths below the kneecap and one finger width to the outside of the leg.

According to Modern Reflexology, massaging GB34 and ST36 vigorously on a daily basis can help reduce muscular tightness.
