Ingredients You’ll Need
- ½ ripe banana
- ¼ medium carrot (cooked until soft)
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
How to Prepare the Mask
- Cook the Carrot
Steam or boil the carrot until very soft. Mash with a fork or blend into a smooth purée. - Mash the Banana
In a separate bowl, mash half a ripe banana until creamy. - Combine Ingredients
Mix the banana and carrot together. Add the olive oil and honey, stirring until smooth and well blended.
How to Apply
- Cleanse Your Skin
Wash your face and neck with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. - Apply the Mask
Spread the mixture evenly over your face and neck, avoiding the eyes and lips. - Relax and Let It Work
Leave on for 15–20 minutes. - Rinse Off
