- Prepare the Chicken Filling
 
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
 - Sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft and translucent.
 - Add shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated and heated through.
 - Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
 
- Mix with Sauce
 
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
 - Add the cooked chicken mixture to the sauce and mix well.
 
- Assemble the Buns
 
- Slice the buns in half, but don’t cut all the way through (so the top stays connected to the bottom).
 - Stuff each bun with the chicken mixture.
 
- Serve
 
- Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
