Mini buns with chicken stuffing

  1. Prepare the Chicken Filling
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft and translucent.
  • Add shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated and heated through.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  1. Mix with Sauce
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Add the cooked chicken mixture to the sauce and mix well.
  1. Assemble the Buns
  • Slice the buns in half, but don’t cut all the way through (so the top stays connected to the bottom).
  • Stuff each bun with the chicken mixture.
  1. Serve
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
